Dennis C. Jakeil, 26, of Arlington Heights; 2:25 a.m. today; no seat belt, failure to appear – contempt; given notice to appear in court.

Illinois State Police

George F. Burks, 30, of Harmon; 7:11 a.m. Thursday at state Route 2 and Polo Road, Whiteside County; no valid driver’s license, improper right turn; given notice to appear in court.

Jennifer A. Wilson, 43, of LaSalle; 2:30 p.m. Thursday on Interstate 39, Lee County; improper lane usage after blacking out and crossing the center line, striking the trailer of a vehicle driven by Sean P. McCarthy, 37, of Marshfield, Wis.; no injuries report; damage over $1,500 to the Wilson vehicle.
