Shawn M. Smith, 17, of Dixon; 11:01 p.m. Saturday, in the 300 block of South Peoria Avenue; no valid driver’s license.

LeSean M. Parcus, 18, of Dixon; 12:20 a.m. Sunday, in the 200 block of Monroe Avenue; unlawful consumption of alcohol; released to his parent.

Sterling Police

Alexandra M. Nehrkorn, 20, of Sterling, and Penny J. Schmidt, 20, of Sterling; 1:05 a.m. Sunday, in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue; both unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor; notices to appear in court.
