Joshua A. Pope, 18, of Prophetstown; 11:52 p.m. Friday at East Fourth and Locust streets, Sterling; possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor; given notice to appear in court.

Robert J. Aubrey, 32, of Dixon; 2:21 a.m. Saturday at state Route 2 and Wolverine Road, Lee County; possession of cannabis – less than 2.5 grams; taken to Lee County Jail.

Nicholas D. Durham, 21, of Dixon; 2:21 a.m. Saturday at state Route 2 and Wolverine Road, Lee County; possession of cannabis – less than 2.5 grams; taken to Lee County Jail.

Laticia M. Stinnett, 20, of Rochelle; 12:07 a.m. Sunday at First Avenue and Main Street, Rochelle; unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor; given notice to appear in court.

Anthony S. Velazquez, 53, of Lyndon; 12:38 a.m. Sunday at Black Road, east of Lyndon Road, Whiteside County; driving under the influence, improper lane usage; given notice to appear in court.

Bobbie L. Habben, 25, of Morrison; 10:02 a.m. Monday at Interstate 88, Whiteside County; speeding, driving with a suspended driver’s license; given notice to appear in court.
