Dixon Police

Girl, 16, of Dixon; 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of North Hennepin Avenue; obstructing a peace officer, unlawful possession of tobacco by a minor; released to her mother.

Brian E. Powell, 31, of Dixon; 7:54 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of Madison Avenue; driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis, 2.5 to 10 grams, failure to signal when required; taken to Lee County Jail.

Michael A. Reynolds, 22, of Dixon; 9:41 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Palmyra Street; driving with a suspended driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lighting - one headlight; given notice to appear in court.

Stephen A. Hoople, 19, of Dixon; 10:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue; public indecency; taken to Lee County Jail.

Michael W. Turner, 42, of Pekin; May 28 at Tazewell County Jail; Dixon Police warrant, failure to appear – contempt/nonpayment; transferred to Lee County Jail.

Scott A. Shaffer, 22, of Rock Falls; 7:48 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of West Seventh Street; driving with a suspended driver’s license, speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle; given notice to appear in court.

Sterling Police

Troy L. Mager, 43, of Sterling; 12:36 p.m. May 22; Whiteside County warrant, failure to appear – possession of cocaine, Ogle County warrant, failure to appear – contempt of court/driving under the influence; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Lionel L. Smith, 24, of Rock Falls; 7:58 p.m. Wednesday; driving with a revoked driver’s license; given notice to appear in court.

Whiteside County Sheriff

Latyoya D. Cruse, 26, of Milwaukee; 7:39 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 88, near Lyndon; driving with a suspended driver’s license, speeding, fraudulent use of registration; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Keesha R. Ellis, 25, of Milwaukee; 7:39 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 88, near Lyndon; unlawful possession of cannabis; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
